1. General

The Dream Ride Lottery is conducted by Bluewater Health Foundation. All proceeds from the lottery will support priority equipment needs and patient care initiatives at Bluewater Health.

Personal information collected is used for the administration of this lottery and for future fundraising and promotional purposes in accordance with the Bluewater Health Foundation privacy policy. The Licensee does not rent, sell, or trade its mailing lists.

2. Eligibility

Tickets may only be purchased by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and physically located within the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

The following individuals, and all members of their immediate household, are not eligible to purchase tickets:

• Employees of Bluewater Health Foundation

• Members of the Bluewater Health Board of Directors and Executive Team

• Board members of Bluewater Health Foundation

• Employees and partners of Raffle Nexus and its affiliates

• Employees of any licensed gaming suppliers associated with this lottery

3. Ticket Sales

A maximum of 10,000 tickets will be available for sale.

Ticket prices are as follows:

• 1 for $25

• 5 for $100

• 10 for $150

• 25 for $250

Tickets must be purchased while physically located in Ontario. Tickets may be purchased online, by phone, or in person through the Licensee.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Only tickets that have been fully paid for and verified as valid will be eligible for entry into the draw(s). In the event of an invalid payment (including declined credit card or returned cheque), the associated tickets will be deemed void.

Tickets will be issued in sequential order. All ticket bundles must contain the same purchaser information (maximum of three names) and will be issued to the primary ticket holder.

Official ticket numbers will be delivered by email where possible. Electronic tickets issued via email constitute the official ticket for entry into the lottery. If no email address is provided, ticket numbers will be mailed. A physical copy of tickets may be requested and will be mailed within 7–10 business days.

Participants do not need to have their tickets in hand to be eligible for the draw(s).

Ticket purchases are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt.

4. Prizes

A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded.

Total prize value: $75,923.88 (including applicable taxes and freight)

• Early Bird #1: $5,000 cash

• Early Bird #2: $5,000 cash

• Grand Prize: 2026 BMW X1 xDrive28i – valued at $65,923.88

All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative is available for the Grand Prize.

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of tickets sold.

The vehicle prize includes applicable taxes and freight. The winner is responsible for licensing, insurance, and any costs associated with vehicle registration and ongoing ownership. The vehicle is provided by the supplier and is subject to manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. The Licensee makes no representations or warranties regarding the prize.

In the event a prize becomes unavailable or cannot be obtained within a reasonable timeframe, the Licensee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize values are based on retail estimates at the time of procurement and may be subject to market fluctuations.

5. Important Dates

Launch Date:

May 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM

Early Bird Draw #1 – $5,000 Cash

Ticket sales close: June 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Draw date: June 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Early Bird Draw #2 – $5,000 Cash

Ticket sales close: June 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Draw date: June 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Grand Prize Draw – 2026 BMW X1 xDrive28i

Ticket sales close: July 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Draw date: July 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Only tickets purchased before the applicable Early Bird deadline will be eligible for that Early Bird draw.

All tickets, including Early Bird winning tickets, remain eligible for all subsequent draws, including the Grand Prize draw.

6. Draw Details

All draws will take place at:

Bluewater Health Foundation

89 Norman Street

Sarnia, Ontario

Draws will be conducted using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system through a licensed gaming supplier. Winning numbers are selected randomly from all eligible entries.

Draws will be conducted under the supervision of Bluewater Health Foundation staff, with a minimum of two witnesses present.

In the event of a system error or duplicate draw result, the draw will be re-conducted.

If a draw is delayed due to circumstances beyond the Licensee’s control, it will be conducted on the next business day.

All decisions of the Licensee are final.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Winning names and municipalities of residence will be published on the lottery website: www.bwhfdreamride.com

A complete list of winners will be available within 24 hours of each draw and may be requested by contacting the Foundation.

8. Prize Claim

Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder listed on the ticket.

Winners must claim their prize within six (6) months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be secured for six months and handled in accordance with AGCO requirements.

Any transfer of a prize must be arranged independently of the Licensee.

9. Publicity

By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of their name, municipality of residence, image, and photograph for promotional purposes by the Licensee without additional compensation.

10. Use of Proceeds

Net proceeds from the Dream Ride Lottery will support Bluewater Health Foundation in funding priority medical equipment and enhancing patient care at Bluewater Health.
